The quickest way to receive a prescription refill is to call your pharmacy, whether you received samples or it is a recurring prescription. Only ADD/ADHD refills may be requested through our Prescription Renewal portal on our website.
ADD/ADHD Medication Refills
Requirements to obtain a prescription refill are as follows:
Your child must be seen four times a year for ADD/ADHD follow-ups and/or well care. If your child's visits are not up to date, we will not issue a prescription.
Refill requests must be left on the ADD/ADHD medication refill line or through our Prescription Renewal portal on our website. Refills must be requested 15 days in advance. The refill line can be reached by dialing 972.985.0381, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; then please choose the prescription refill option from our main voice mail menu and follow the prompts. You may request a refill at your convenience by using the Prescription Renewal portal on our website. Please Create an Account to allow you to use the secure portal and then click on the Prescription Renewal Tab. Prescriptions cannot be picked up. They will be mailed to the patient's home address.
