Fees for consultations, prolonged care and routine visits are determined by the amount of time spent with the patient and the severity or complexity of the problem. Our policy is that payment is required at the time service is rendered. You may pay with cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Any exceptions must be made by arrangement with our business office prior to your visit We will make every attempt to let you know of charges not covered by your insurance plan prior to your visit. There will be times that we will be unable to do so, however, since each plan is different and we are not always able to anticipate what your doctor will determine to be medically appropriate at the time of the visit. Your physician will not recommend care based on insurance coverage, but rather on what is medically appropriate care. You may pay any balance by Creating an Account through our secure portal and using the Pay My Bill Online Tab. You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
